Terms of Use

SuplexScout is a discovery platform for independent wrestling in the UK and Ireland. We provide event listings, pages for promotions, venues and talent, distance-based show search, and crowdsourced fan reviews and match card data. The service is provided free of charge and may change or be withdrawn at any time.

• Reviews, match cards and claimed page content must be accurate and submitted in good faith.
• Do not post defamatory, false, harassing, discriminatory or unlawful content, or content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark.
• Only upload images and text you own or have permission to use.
• You keep ownership of what you submit, but grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display and aggregate it on the platform.
• We may remove, edit or hide any content at our discretion, including reviews we believe are fake, duplicated or malicious.

Promotion, venue and talent pages may be created automatically from publicly available event information. An authorised representative can claim a page by submitting a claim request from a registered account. We review claims manually and may ask for evidence of ownership or authority before approving.

Once approved, the owner is responsible for the accuracy of that page's content. We may revoke a claim if it was obtained with misleading information, if the relationship ends, or if the page is misused.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out under your account. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the review system, or attempt to misrepresent ownership of a page.

Event listings on SuplexScout are aggregated from multiple sources, including promotions, venues, page owners and public announcements. Dates, times, venues, line-ups and ticket details can change at short notice or be listed incorrectly.

Always confirm details directly with the promotion or venue before travelling or buying tickets. We are not the event organiser, ticket seller or promoter, and we are not responsible for cancelled, rescheduled or misdescribed events.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties as to accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, wasted travel or ticket costs, or loss of data arising from your use of the site or reliance on listings and reviews.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. Nothing here removes statutory rights you may have as a consumer — users in Ireland also retain the protections available to them under Irish consumer law.
